Snapes Preserving Jars« Back to List of Recipes

Don't let Professor Snape catch you stealing from his jars! These decorative jars provide a great decoration and a wonderful snack!

Ingredients:

1 box of Jell-o brand Jello
1 cup of boiling water
1 medium bowl
# 1 cup cold water
*fruit
*lemon lime soda

#=Can be substituted

Instructions:

1.Stir one cup of boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least two minutes until completely dissolved.
2.Stir in one cup or cold water or lemon lime soda.
3.Add the fruit if you choose. (If you do this, you should put the jello into separate jars with a piece of fruit in each)
4.Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

*If you so choose, you can have the jello in separate containers, maybe even jars, for the Snapes office effect.
*You can easily vary from this recipe if you so chose.
*By the end of this recipe you should have either:

a)Several jars (Or other containers) or jello with possibly a piece or two of fruit inside.
b)A bowl of jello
c)A bowl of jello with fruit inside.
