When you gather together to celebrate the last book in the series, what could be better than a warm butterbeer and a piquant pocket of pumpkin perfection, sure to be the pride of your party!

Ingredients:

pre-made sugar cookie dough
pre-made pumpkin pie filling
powdered sugar

Instructions:

Mold sugar cookie dough into muffin pan cups as a crust.
Pour pie filling into muffin pan cup crusts.
Bake at 350 �F.
Allow to cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
