A fun part of Divination is Tea Cup Reading. Here is a simple way to do it.

Materials:

Tea Pot (for decoration)
Tea Cups (as many as you want)
Tea
Plain white paper
Glue

Instructions:

Cut the paper in circles that will fit in the bottom of your cup.
Use the glue to make little designs.
Then sprinkle the tea over it. (Shake excess off)
Place "reading" in the bottom of the tea cup.
Have participants take a tea cup to be there own.
Then have them share it with a partner so they can have their tea leaves read.

Also decorate the room for the event with poufs, throw pillows, inexpensive table cloths and clear light fixtures for crystal balls.
