Write a Ministry of Magic memo on a paper airplane.

Materials:

paper for airplanes
pens/pencils

Instructions:

At the Ministry of Magic, they use paper airplanes to send memos between departments.
Design your own paper airplane your memo written on it.
Make sure any safety concerns are taken care of, since if everyone isn't careful enough the airplanes could poke an eye when thrown, and such.
