Instructions:

Contact local music instructors or youth orchestras and invite their students to perform.
Sheet music of John Williams compositions of the music from the Harry Potter films are readily available and there are even scores for beginner piano.
Short mini-performances and solos could be scheduled intermittently (or even continuously) throughout the evening.
Imagine:
A local children's chorus performing 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' (in choir robes)
A flute/trumpet/violin/bells solos of Hedwig's theme performed by youngsters
HP medley on organ or piano in the background, with performers taking turns,
a young Chamber quartet
