A decorative display as well as a public service/community participation.

Instructions:

The Houston chapter of the SPCA had owls in cages at our local Barnes & Noble for the release of Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix. The owls had been rescued and had been deemed unfit to live in the wild due to injuries.

The book store had a cauldron in front of each cage and asked for donations to help supplement the cost of living for the birds. This provides a great decorative idea, and a wonderful public service.
