Duct Tape Slytherin Tie« Back to List of Costumes

An inexpensive way for a great house tie!

Materials:

Duct tape
Green electrical tape (or your house color)
White electrical tape (or your house color)
Paper towels
Old tie for template
Scissors

Instructions:

Roll out paper towels as long as the tie.

Trace the tie outline onto the paper towels.

Tape the duct tape over the tie shape.

Cut out the tie.

Alternate white and green strips of electrical tape diagonally over the duct tape, neatly folding edges to the back of the tie shape.
